Our Principal

Monica Lyle has committed more than a decade to the development of winning organizations, high performance teams and confident key contributors.

She received her BA in Communications from Stanford University and her MA in Organization Development from The University of San Francisco.

Her prior experiences include leading a consulting and services organization for one of the world's largest training and development companies and managing two key training and development groups for a Fortune 500 high technology company.

In 1996, she founded Monica Lyle and Associates (ML&A), which grew to become a key Silicon Valley organization development and management consulting firm. ML&A later gave birth to Lead Consulting, broadening the scope, services and reach of the organization to meet the needs of the larger community.
